Find the Windows log file if AirParrot won't launch

If AirParrot is crashing on launch, you can still find a log file that may contain information our support team can use to diagnose and fix your issue.

You can find this in your users AppData\Local\AirParrot 3 folder. One quick way to navigate here is to type %appdata% into a file explorer. This will take you to the AppData\Roaming folder. Navigate up one level and then you can open the Local and AirParrot 3 folders. The file name that we are looking for is AirParrot 3.log.

Attach this file to the support ticket and send it to the support team to evaluate.
